Return / Warranty Information:

Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. All custom made or special order items like embroidered floor mats are non-returnable. All refunds and exchanges must be approved prior to returning the product and the product must be in resalable condition. Buyer assumes the additional cost associated with returning the product for an exchange or refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply for all refunds unless the reason for return was due to our mistake. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery and shipped back to us via prepaid postage service and any shipment sent freight collect will be refused. Please be aware that we are not responsible for and will not reimburse labor or installation costs incurred for any reason or circumstance.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  All returned items must have an RA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.  Please make sure to insure the package for the full value and we recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment.

Valid only for selected products that ship via UPS Ground within the continental United States and only applies to order totals over $100. 00. Offer is not valid on selected items which will display the the actual shipping cost in your order basket. Offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. U.S. Speed reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time. Express Air Shipping:

In stock items will normally ship on the next business day. Any custom made items, such as embroidered floor mats, will take approximately 3-5 business days before they are ready to ship. Please be advised some orders may have to ship in more than 1 box and shipping charges will need to be adjusted appropriately for eachpackage. If you order has any problems regarding the calculated shipping cost or delivery time you will be contacted as soon as possible. International Shipping:

International customers must pay all brokerage, duties and taxes onroducts purchased from U.S. Speed. U.S. Speed is unable to estimate what these fees will be. Please check with your local customs officials and review your local tax codes.

Sales Tax:

We collect 6% sales tax for all orders with a billing or shipping address in Georgia.
